The potentiate is the performance phase where you will build the muscular foundation of you rphysique.
With a progressive overload system you will be gradually challenged moving to more advance movements and work load. The tailored progression guarantees higher intensity and work capacity, elevating exponentially the overall results!
Step 3
METABOLIC RESULTS
Time to be fully rewarded for your effort and hard work.
Phase 3 is focused on muscle definition and ultimate fat loss.
You will start showing off a strong Body and flat tummy!
