If you've never used power bands bands, DON'T WORRY...better late than never.
Here are theTOP 5 power band/tube exercises that I use with clients to target core stability and weight loss.
Power bands are great to help improve posture, mechanics, muscle activation, core stability and continue weight loss!
The first 2 exercises are easy and light, great for warm up, muscle activation and cardio intensity.
SkiErg and power punch.
The tabata 20 sec on 10 sec off, will give a great cardio intensity to improve exercises capacity, stamina and weight loss.
The next 2, are core and upper body strength and conditioning movements, executed with steady and controlled speed!
10 + 10 +10 + 10 ( feel the burn ) rest 30 sec and repeat for 4 times.
The last but not least is focused on core stability, core rotation to increase core strength maintaining muscle activation throughout.
10-20 reps rest 30 sec fro 4 round!
